A new documentary called Healing Humanity: The Power of a Proper Human Diet is sharing stories from people who have changed the way they eat and experienced changes in their health.
Directed by Kerry Mann Jr. and produced by Kerry Mann Jr. and Adam Lacy, the film brings together personal experiences and perspectives from people in the low-carb and carnivore community. It became available to stream on October 23.
I’ve been a subscriber to Kerry’s channel, HomeSteadHow, for a long time, and I’ve always loved what they share. Kerry is one of the real ones. His content helped keep me motivated in the early days of my own carnivore journey.
It’s amazing to see how far the channel and this project have come over the last three years. Watching that journey grow into a full documentary makes this especially exciting for me.
What interests me about this documentary is the opportunity to hear people’s stories and consider the role food can play in our lives. My own experience has shown me how much paying attention to what I eat and how I feel can change the way I approach my health.
At the same time, someone else’s story isn’t proof that the same approach will work for everybody. We all have different circumstances, and I think it’s important to observe, ask questions, and make decisions that are right for us.
If this is something you’re curious about, you can watch the official trailer on YouTube or find viewing options on the official film website. The full documentary is currently available to rent or purchase; the filmmakers say it isn’t available in full on YouTube yet.
Observe. Respond. Remain aligned.
